Bespoke AI systems for select service businesses

A quieter, sharper way to run your business.

We design and install the operational intelligence behind high-touch service companies—so the details move, the client experience stays personal, and the owner gets out of the administrative weeds.

Selective, individually scoped engagements.

01 / The standard

“This is not another software rollout. It is a carefully built operating system for the way your company actually works.”

Strategy, implementation, documentation, and refinement—handled as one private engagement.

02 / The opportunity

Your business may have outgrown the way it operates.

The expensive part is rarely one dramatic failure. It is the accumulation: the inbox you must monitor, the appointments someone has to coordinate, the leads that need chasing, the same answers rewritten, and the details that live in one person’s head.

BeforePeople carry the process.

Work depends on memory, constant checking, and someone manually connecting every step.

AfterThe process carries the work.

Your people handle judgment and relationships. The system handles repetition, preparation, and movement.

03 / What we build

One private operating system. Built around your standards.

No generic “AI package.” We assemble the exact combination of intelligence, automation, documentation, and human checkpoints your company requires.

01

Inquiry intelligence

Capture, sort, qualify, and respond to opportunities without letting high-value inquiries disappear into the inbox.

02

Executive inbox

Separate decisions from noise, prepare responses, surface what matters, and preserve your voice for the messages that need it.

03

Client continuity

Keep follow-ups, reminders, documents, and next actions moving while the client experience remains unmistakably personal.

04

Schedule orchestration

Coordinate appointments, routines, preparation, and handoffs without making you the human bridge between every calendar.

05

Operational memory

Turn scattered knowledge into a trusted internal system your team can search, use, and improve without starting over.

06

Owner command center

See decisions, priorities, exceptions, and open loops in one place—without spending the day gathering the information yourself.

04 / Begin here

The Private Operations Diagnostic.

Before anything is built, we study one consequential area of the business in detail. This focused paid engagement identifies where intelligence and automation can reduce friction—and where human judgment must remain in control.

What you receive

  • 01A current-state map of the people, tools, decisions, and handoffs involved
  • 02A friction and opportunity brief identifying what to simplify, assist, automate, or preserve
  • 03A private-system blueprint defining the proposed workflow, human checkpoints, and data boundaries
  • 04An executive readout with a prioritized path forward

The diagnostic stands on its own. Continuing into implementation is a separate decision. Scope and fee are provided in writing before work begins.

  1. 01

    Observe

We study the real work: the inboxes, handoffs, routines, delays, and decisions that keep returning to you.

  2. 02

    Architect

We decide what should be automated, what should be assisted, and where human judgment must remain in control.

  3. 03

    Install

We configure the tools, connect the workflow, write the operating rules, and put the system into daily use.

  4. 04

    Refine

We watch how it performs, correct what does not feel right, and leave your team with a system they understand.

06 / Client fit

Selective by design.

The best work requires access, candor, and trust. We take on companies where the operational opportunity is meaningful and the fit is mutual.

A strong fit

  • An established service business with a high-touch client experience
  • An owner or leader who remains the center of too many daily decisions
  • Repeated administrative work consuming capable people’s time
  • A preference for thoughtful implementation over quick software fixes

Not the engagement

  • A prompt library, generic chatbot, or one-hour AI lesson
  • A blanket plan to replace people without understanding the work
  • The cheapest collection of disconnected automation tools
  • A strategy presentation handed over without implementation

07 / Operator’s perspective

Built by an operator, for operators.

I build the same kind of systems I use in my own businesses: agents that prepare work, routines that keep the day moving, inboxes that surface what matters, and scheduling that does not require constant intervention.

My role is not to impress you with AI. It is to understand the business deeply enough to remove friction without removing the judgment, standards, or personal attention your clients came for.

08 / Common questions

Clarity before access.

01Is the diagnostic a sales call?

No. The initial fit conversation is exploratory. The Private Operations Diagnostic is a defined paid engagement with a written scope and deliverables.

02Do we need to choose an AI platform first?

No. The work begins with your operation, not a preferred tool. Recommendations are shaped around the workflow, risk, existing systems, and the people responsible for the work.

03Will you need confidential information?

Not during the fit conversation. If access becomes necessary, the written scope defines what is required, how it will be handled, and where human approval must remain.

04Is this consulting or software?

It is a bespoke professional service combining operational analysis, system design, implementation, documentation, training, and refinement—not an off-the-shelf software package.

05What happens after the diagnostic?

You may proceed into a separately scoped implementation, use the blueprint internally, or decide that no further work is appropriate. The diagnostic does not obligate you to continue.

Private consultation

The first conversation is about fit—not software.

Email a brief, non-confidential note with your business, the operational area consuming too much attention, and what a better outcome would look like. We review it, confirm whether the fit appears mutual, and then arrange a private conversation.
