AI & Data Practices
The website makes a simple distinction: AI may help prepare and move work, but people remain responsible for judgment, access, commitments, and consequential decisions.
Effective September 12, 2026What happens on this website
This brochure website does not contain an AI chatbot, automated intake form, user account, or automated decision tool. Viewing it does not submit a prompt to an AI model.
Inquiry assistance
After you email us, limited automation or AI may help distinguish AI Services from other Thought Process Studios work, classify or summarize the inquiry, prepare scheduling information, or draft a response. A person remains responsible for proposals, prices, contracts, commitments, and material client decisions.
What not to send
General email and scheduling fields are not approved channels for secrets or sensitive records. Send only enough information to describe the business problem. Do not send credentials, financial-account data, government IDs, protected health information, employee files, customer lists, legal files, or confidential datasets unless we first agree in writing on an appropriate channel and handling process.
Client projects
Before client data is processed in an AI-enabled workflow, the applicable written scope should identify the permitted purpose, approved data sources and providers, access level, human approvals, testing, retention or deletion expectations, security responsibilities, and prohibited data. Client-specific obligations in signed documents control over this general website disclosure.
Provider and model boundaries
We do not intentionally use client confidential information to train a general-purpose model. We do not place client confidential information into a third-party AI service until the provider, account settings, retention terms, training terms, and intended data path have been reviewed for that engagement. No blanket “zero retention” promise is made when a provider’s actual terms or settings do not support it.
Accuracy and human control
AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Testing and human review should match the risk of the task. AI assistance is not a substitute for a qualified professional where law, health, finance, employment, safety, or another regulated judgment is involved.
Questions or human review
You may ask whether AI assisted with an inquiry response or request human review by contacting ThoughtProcessStudios@gmail.com.
